Pietro Pellegri has begun his medical with Milan ahead of an initial loan move.
The Italian striker will join the Serie A giants from Monaco on a €1m loan deal with an obligation to buy for €6m plus €1m in bonuses.
The 20-year-old has arrived at Milan’s La Madonnina clinic at 9.55 am local time to begin his medical examinations with the Rossoneri. He will sign a five-year deal after completing his medical tests.

Pellegri made his Serie A debut with Genoa in 2016 and scored three goals in 10 appearances with the Rossoblu.
He managed just two in 23 appearances over three seasons with Monaco, which he had joined for €31m in January 2018.
“I am happy to be here, I am looking forward to beginning this new adventure,” the striker said upon his arrival in Milan on Monday.
