Udinese have cancelled their friendly against Fenerbahce because the Turkish side could not travel to Austria with COVID restrictions.
The prestigious pre-season match had been scheduled for Saturday in Villach, where Udinese are having their training camp.
However, it was announced this evening that Fenerbahce are unable to reach Austria in time for the game because of COVID travel restrictions.
Instead, the Friulani will play each other in a game between ranks that will last 90 minutes.
It comes after Inter cancelled their pre-season tour of the United States, where they had been due to face Arsenal and either Everton or Millonarios in the Florida Cup.
