Midfielder Soualiho Meite will complete his transfer from Torino to Benfica over the next few days, claim reports in France.
Record had already suggested over the weekend that the deal was close to an agreement for circa €7m.
The same Portuguese paper warned this morning that the player was hesitating over the details of the contract and he remained the only obstacle stalling the successful move.
Now RMC Sport insist all the details have been finalised, and the only remaining element to complete is a medical so he can sign the contract.
The 27-year-old Franco-Ivorian was on loan at Milan for the last six months of the season, but the Rossoneri decided not to activate their option to make the move permanent.
His contract with Toro currently runs to June 2023 and he has made 94 appearances for the Granata since joining from AS Monaco for €11.5m in 2018.
Benfica represent his first career foray into Portugal, as Meite previously played in France, Belgium and Italy.
