Italy international Moise Kean had something of a nightmare for Everton against Huddersfield tonight, with a goal disallowed and a straight red card.
The forward returned to Everton after a loan spell at Paris Saint-Germain and his future with the Toffees remains in doubt.
This evening’s events will not have helped, as Kean was sent off for squaring up to Sorba Thomas in the middle of the pitch.
Kean was somewhat harshly given a straight red card for his part in the clash, but walked straight off without protest.
Before that, the Italian had also seen a goal harshly disallowed for offside, as there is no VAR in the Carabao Cup.
