Napoli full-back Giovanni Di Lorenzo smoked a cigarette in the dressing room when celebrating the EURO 2020 triumph with Italy.
The Azzurri beat England on penalties at Wembley Stadium and returned to Rome with the trophy this morning.
Di Lorenzo replaced an injured Alessandro Florenzi at right-back in the opening game and convinced Roberto Mancini to count on him as the first choice for the remainder of the competition.
The full-back, capped 13 times by Italy, arrived at Napoli in July 2019, previously playing for Empoli in the top flight.
The 27-year-old, however, was seen smoking a cigarette in the dressing room after the win over England, joining in on the chanting behind Lazio centre-back Francesco Acerbi and Chelsea left-back Emerson Palmieri.
