Wilfried Zaha, Danny Ings and Ivan Toney have been recommended as replacements for Harry Kane at Tottenham.
The Spurs talisman is looking to leave the club this summer with Manchester United, Man City and Chelsea interested in acquiring his services.
Kane is valued at £150million and a sale of that figure would leave Tottenham with funds to significantly strengthen their team.
Former Spurs boss Harry Redknapp believes Brentford’s Toney and Southampton’s Ings could be options for the north London club.
Toney has scored a record-breaking 31 Championship goals this season, while Ings has found the net 13 times in 31 appearances across all competitions.
Redknapp told Tuesday’s talkSPORT Breakfast: “Are you going to take a gamble? Are you going to go for someone like the lad at Brentford?
“There is no guarantee he can score at the top level. There are not an awful lot of [available] centre-forwards.
“Jamie Vardy is at Leicester, he’s not going to move, who is there that you could take to Tottenham and fill Harry Kane’s boots?
“Danny Ings is a good player, I love him. He’s a good goalscorer. I’m not being disrespectful to Danny, as good as he is, he isn’t Harry Kane.
“So you’re not going to strengthen the team by bringing him in… there is no one you can bring in who will strengthen the team.
“They could go out and spend the money, get three or four good players in different positions, get another central defender, maybe get another frontman, get the best out of Dele Alli, get him back playing the way we know he can… that may be the answer.
“Get three or four players that will strengthen the team in several positions.”
Meanwhile, former Tottenham striker Darren Bent believes Spurs could sign Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha for £50m this summer.
He said: “ You’re never going to sign a recognised centre-forward who is going to give you the same kind of output [as Kane]. He is one of the best two strikers in the world.
“So you’re going to have to start getting goals from other areas. I’ve spoken about Danny Ings, he’s not a direct replacement, but he’ll get you goals.
“Someone like Wilfried Zaha, get him in the squad, you’d be able to get him if you’ve got £150m to spend.
“You’ll have to add additions all over the Spurs team, we’ve seen them try that before and they failed miserably.
“Recruitment could be better this time around. Zaha and Ings would be a good start.
“If you can get Ings for £20m because he’s out of contract next year, Zaha would be £50m, that’s only £70m, you’ve still got £80m to spend so you can go and buy a centre-half with that!”
