Man City have unveiled their new home kit which pays tribute to Sergio Aguero’s iconic title-winning goal.
He may have left the club in the summer and joined Barcelona on a free transfer, but he will always be a legend.
The Citizens needed a third goal in injury-time against QPR to clinch a first ever Premier League title on the final day of the 2011/12 season.
And up stepped Aguero to slot home from close-range in the 94th minute and send the Etihad faithful wild.
To pay homage to the special occasion, which is one of the iconic moments in Premier League history, Man City have plastered a graphic of the digital clock showing the legendary 93:20 time on their home kit for the upcoming season.
The light blue PUMA shirt is complimented by the same colour shorts.
The dramatic 2011/12 triumph sealed the start of City’s dominance as they have gone on to win four more titles.
Speaking about the new kit, City legend Micah Richards said: “Witnessing that moment is something I will never forget.
“When the goal went in, we knew we had just seen greatness, something special.
“The league was hanging in the balance and then to secure it in the final minute, in that fashion, I don’t think will ever be replicated.
“The new kit is a perfect tribute to one of the greatest moments in City’s history.”
