Gareth Southgate was handed a huge boost before the European Championships this summer as Jordan Henderson was named on the bench for Liverpool against Crystal Palace.
The Reds skipper has not played since undergoing groin surgery for an injury sustained against Everton on February 20.

However, Jurgen Klopp has recalled the 30-year-old to his squad for the final game of the Premier League season as they seek Champions League qualification.
Southgate will name a 26-man squad for the rearranged Euro 2020 tournament on Tuesday at midday, with Henderson seemingly set to be named after winning his fitness race.
It is a welcome boost for the Three Lions boss, who is still sweating on the fitness of Manchester United captain Harry Maguire after he suffered ankle ligament damage against Aston Villa earlier this month.
England physios remain in constant contact with representatives at Old Trafford, with Maguire set to miss the Europa League final against Villarreal in Gdansk on Wednesday.
Burnley shot-stopper Nick Pope is also out of contention for the tournament as it has emerged he requires knee surgery which will rule him out for a month.
Liverpool are currently in fourth position in the Premier League table – level on points with Leicester on fifth – yet have a four goal advantage in the race for Europe.
The Foxes face a tricky test at home to Tottenham Hotspur at the King Power, meaning the Reds simply have to better their result to finish in the top four.
