Floyd Mayweather vs Logan Paul date: UK start time, how to watch and full undercard as boxing legend takes on YouTuber – and his brother Jake could cause chaos

A date for the crazy exhibition between Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul has now been confirmed.

Retired 50-0 boxing legend Mayweather is set to meet 0-1 YouTuber Paul, who lost his pro debut to fellow internet sensation KSI in 2019, in a one-off clash.

Logan’s little brother Jake fought and beat former UFC star Ben Askren in their own exhibition and Logan was there to film the moment and send it to Mayweather in an apparent warning.

But plans for Mayweather vs Logan were on hold for some time with ‘Money’ even reaching out to his followers on social media to ask which city they should face off in.

Now, the fight has been officially announced and fans can now start gearing up for another unique night of action.

Mayweather v Paul: Date and start time

Mayweather and Paul are ready to clash on Sunday, June 6 at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.

It will likely start in the early hours of Monday morning for UK fans but full details will follow.

Announcing the fight on Instagram, Mayweather wrote: “Me and Logan Paul will be fighting at the Hard Rock Stadium.

“@mayweatherpromotions @fanmio and @showtimeboxing have come together to bring an epic Event!!! Tickets will be going on sale next week.”

Logan recently said: “People are asking me if I’m like scared. No, no I’m not scared. The feelings I’m getting right now are just excitement.

“I’m excited, I’m blessed to have this opportunity and I think we’re gonna wow a lot of people.

“I just don’t believe I’m gonna get in there and people are gonna see what they expect to see.”

Meanwhile, Mayweather has claimed that he will make upwards of $100million for the planned fight.

He said: “I can fight a fighter right now and I can guarantee myself $35million. I can eventually probably make $50million, for just a regular fight.

“Or me and Logan Paul can go out, entertain, have fun and make nine figures, $100million or more.”

Mayweather v Paul: What has been said?

The press conference descended into farce on Thursday night when Jake angered Mayweather by stealing his hat, which prompted the boxer’s rival, Conor McGregor, who fought him in 2017, to laugh.

He posted on social media: “What the f*** is Floyd at?
“The kid curled up, didn’t fight back once, and Floyd is still running around acting the tough guy.
“The kid actually just pulled this shambles of a situation Floyd is in out of the drain for him.
“He should thank him.
“It’s embarrassing!
“Pro to pro it’s embarrassing. He will not scratch 10m for this fight and he knows it. It was cancelled once already. The world is watching this on Twitter. He’d fight a half decent pro and command 20m upwards, yet its this s***.
“Whatever way you spin this, it’s sad.
“Fight someone for real, on your record, or f*** off, mate.
“Slap head!”
